Pre-Qualification is a quick comparison of your household income, estimated purchase price of your home and its expected occupancy level against Missouri Housing Development Commission income and acquisition cost limits.
This form walks the first time buyer through the pre-qualification process, including identifying where you want to live, gathering some basic personal information and recommending a Missouri Housing Development Commission approved lender to gain mortgage "Pre-Approval". Upon completion of this form, you will receive a Pre-Qualification letter.
Your privacy is important to Missouri Housing Development Commission. In order to use the loan pre-qualification function of this website, you must provide us with your name, street address, phone number, email address, income information, and city(ies) and town(s) of interest. Use of Collected Data
At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to Missouri Housing Development Commission in the mortgage pre-qualification approval request form will be stored on Missouri Housing Development Commission computer network servers. If you qualify, and after you have chosen a location appropriate lender that you would like to work with, your personal information will be made accessible to your lender(s) of choice.
Missouri Housing Development Commission prospective lenders are allowed to use the collected information only for the limited purposes of determining and communicating whether you are preliminarily approved for a loan. Missouri Housing Development Commission and its prospective lenders reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information in limited instances, however, as required by lawpursuant to a court order. As our lenders may keep and use your information whether not you qualify for a loan with them use their services, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information about specific privacy policies.
